We hold a lot of LANs in my area, and they're almost always in a hotel conference room. We usually get one that's in a separate building from the hotel so we can be as loud and rowdy as we want at 3AM. There's enough room for like 60 people but I'm suspecting you guys won't need that much space. The only problem is that it's not cheap, so you might have to charge admission, like we do.

Look around and you might be able to get a small to medium size conference room for 2 days for less than $300, which sounds pricey but that's $15 for 20 people which shouldn't be unreasonable... everyone brings their own setup and there's plenty of room to run 4's and dubs easily... plus a conference room should have enough tables, chairs, and power outlets for you to use.
