Well, i thought it would be interesting to see what everyones fav montage is. Dosent have to be the best one or have the best editing, but the Montage that you like the most.

Love it because it has a decent selection of music, and for the entire 11 mins it has nothing but killer clips. I also think Der4twu is one of the best editors i have ever seen anywhere.

Talking about Halo 3 montages I really like Status Quo's montage. It was well edited but not over edited. I liked Foley's and that guy Trendency's wasn't too bad.

Good point. There are a lot of different styles of montages that are awesome in their own right (i.e. laid back vs hi-octane)

I've always loved Fragtales' Dualality montage, i believe it captured more than just noscopes and multi kills. It also captured some what of a story line, or added charactor to it. I love that ending soo dramatic still

I guess it depends on what type of mood iam in. Although it took me a little bit to actually warm up to it, I always find myself going back to the Status Quo montage. It has a great flow and pacing. Everything about it is very solid. Also as much as people bashed it I really liked the Neighbor/Hysteria montage. They tried something new and unique that I think future montages are going to look back on and draw new ideas from it.

I liked this montage too as it was something different, not to mention the gameplay was pretty sweet. Can't say its my favorite although it was definitely up there for awhile.

My all time favorite would still have to Frenetic Array's just because I enjoy the lack of lyrics in the music they chose and its always a pleasure to watch over and over again. But Zola's Legacy also has a big appeal to me now and I'm almost torn between the two.
