If not, there is a one time $4.99 start up fee for your first month, then you pay for the month, adding up to around 10 bucks.

Moved this to the correct Subforum, But as Panda said. The first time you buy the Membership there is a $5 1 time fee. But after that you are only paying the regular Price.
