One Piece Anime

Hey guys, I love the anime One Piece and hopefully so do you since you're checking this thread out. I created this to discuss the most recent one piece episodes because I don't know anybody who likes One Piece. Please don't discuss the manga, just the current anime episode.

So the newest one Whitebeard makes a last stand. I wasn't surprised but I want to see the fight he gives to the Navy. They probably aren't going to show it though which makes me sad =(.

i never really liked one piece. i mean of course of a die hard anime fan and have watched a lot of anime in my day, but the anime style of One Piece just never peaked my interest. although i would recommend the anime Bleach, Claymore, or kaze no stigma. Although I might try to watch One Piece. Can you give me your opinion of it?

- I think it's amazing. The first few episodes are kind of hard to get into but once your in like 3/16 or 1/4 the way in, it just gets awesome. It's like those relaxed laid back animes where the main character (luffy) is just a laid back guy that you instantly like because of his personality. He strives to reach his goal of being king of the pirates and doesn't let anyone tell him he won't be. Although Luffy may seem laid back and chill, hes a freaking bada**. The fight scenes are soooo epic. Also the crew mates he picks up are legit and their personalitys clash but mesh at the same time. I would definitely watch it. I love one piece so much haha its sooo good

oh and there are some fillers but the way its set up its not out of order like bleach is which was the thing that annoyed me the most out of bleach

i'm not really that big of an anime person, my three top animes are one piece, bleach, and pokemon and pokemon doesnt even really count

dude Afro samurai is like 5 episodes of pure AWESOMNESS!! You will not be disappointed especially with Samuel L. Jackson Voiceing a lot of the characters.

Trafalgar Law has one of the most interesting devil fruit powers and he's def. a cool character, the next episode is going to be amazing.

I watched Dragonball Z and Gundam Wing years ago when they were on Toonami but the only anime I've seen as of late is Death Note and I'd highly recommend it.

OP is my favorite though i always watch the new ep when they come out subs only dubbed ep are kinda shitty.
and also the mangas go so much faster than the anime. Reading <3

I can't believe I never saw this thread. I am a die hard OP fan, and think it is the best manga/anime in print. Possibly one of the best Shonens ever. With that said, the fact that this thread stresses not to discuss the manga bugs me. The manga is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than the anime. However, I do keep up with the anime as well. Though, not lately because I haven't been able to get the episodes on watchop.com to work.

One Piece is simply epic...it took me a little time to get really into it like after the first 100 episodes. :D After that im a fan for life. I'm completely caught up in the manga but I continue to watch the episodes as the come out. I prefer watching the anime but I couldn't stand waiting for the episodes to come out I had to read ahead.

I like watching like cartoons instead of reading em. So I am way behind, but I don't mind. The newest one piece isn't working b/c of the natural disasters in Japan which postponed releasing of 490 to today at 9pm cst (lfg). But yeah, one piece is the best anime/manga out there imo.
