Okay i know this is a gaming forum and what not but since my bosses have facebook and try to get a view of mine i can't grip there lol. I work security, I like the work but this new branch manager is driving me fucking nuts. The site i am posted at was great one supervisor ago he listened and he had balls to stand up for us and him self. However the new girl we have just bends over to please the office and tends to blame us for things that go wrong. (yes there are some officers that screw things up) But come on grow a tail and tell the branch manager to fuck off and let us do our job. I mean the man wrote me up or had her write me up cause my suit coat was a little wrinkle and a officer today forgot his tie that started this mess but what made it worse was he was caught on you tube and had a ear bud in one side and was oblivious to him coming in (2x this has happened so i could see this coming). There also stressing about time sheets now we can't just swap if something comes up (which if there is a emergency you have to call off or hope that it can easliy be taken care of I guess i just wish they would back off and let it be as self sustaining as they tell us it should be. I was a Field supervisor until a week ago (they cut it due to corporate and money saving) so now i am really worried that they will just replace all the guards and start fresh. I normally work three days at the site 1 morning shift and 2 over nights where the building is closed and just me so i study, homework txt the few people that are up and facebook and my current obsession The lan network lol. now though i have to basically watch my back just to be sure i don't piss him off or her off. I know that i do a few things that i shouldn't but still i am alone in the building i can't offend anyone and i still do all the rounds and checks that i am supposed to....so thanks guys and gals for letting me rant feel free to comment if you want or can understand it
