Hello everyone after long time detective work I have found out that the hacker is named Adam Youkana, he is in possession of Wes's Facebook and can post on his twitter through his phone, but can't access his Twitter from a computer. I don't know how Wes can use this information but that is what I have found out so far!!!!!
