Tips on Coaching?

Hello everyone, I just decided that im going to be a coach but I dont know what do do/what it takes to become one.... can anybody help me or give me some tips

-need Headset

Other Helpful Tips
-let your team know if they have numbers
-let your teammates know when they have each others help
-make sure your team pushes together
-Motivate your team after a great push and or after caps

i know bravo made an entire page on how to coach.. i dont remember the link but he said to have multiple stop watches, a clip board and to always watch footage and play with your team whenever you can

I will be coming out soon with some stuff for the community once we do well at the opener. Fun little games and contests.

Theres much more to coaching then people think, you are part of the team, you just aren't playing. But you are the 5th player with the extra eyes.

Stop watches...I mean I guess those can work, but it will take away from the time that you are looking at all 4 screens. I always watch their footage when I get the chance, but your team should also go over their basic strats and you should play with them and find other things out yourself. Clip Boards are nice, but what I am getting which is much better is a half clip board, half white board. It will allow me to write down times and keep track of the times that I have on my times sheet. Also be personable with your team, if you don't want to play with them then you won't want to coach them. If you don't like them, then you won't want to coach them. If you team jump things you did on one team might not necessarily work with the team that you moved 2.

Coaching is super fun.
I coached a team in Chicago and had a blast with it.
It is a lot more difficult than people think though, watching 4 screens while communicating isnt that easy ha

Anyone else feel the sense of someone trying to make a funny/good comeback post and really struggling...haha that was just dumb man come on. You can come up with better than that. I always have something to say about him? If that's the topic of discussion then that's what I would be talking about. End of story.

This guy is just a waste, I'm close to laying this whole thing to rest after one final video. Stay tuned!
