so i purchased the monthly and i used my visa card but it still says im a junior and i have no access to any vids and i went and checked my card activity and it says the lan network charged me $10.00. so can someone please help me also im new

When you click on the "STREAM" section what does it say? And on the forums "Junior Member" just means you have under 30 posts. :)
