I can't Access any of the videos now that I got the two month subscription, but I can access the stream, any mods who can help? It is getting kind of annoying, not only is it not allowing me to watch the interviews for premium, but I also can't watch the free tln Talks. -.-

My account has been downgraded from a Premium account to a free account despite being charged this month. I would like to remain a Premium user and never asked to be switched.
