Personally I like sprint helps speed up gameplay but I really cant stand evade though

Yeah, I personally like sprint. I think the game style with reach is just wierd without it. And I hated in v1 when you were stuck in a tough situation you couldn't pull back to your team that fast... and again I like evade because it spices it up a little bit. :]

I think it is funny how angry the pros are. Maniac kept asking Sundance about it on twitter. I personally am not a huge fan of sprint. I hate how you can sound whore it.

Funny seeing how Pistola said most of the pros are happy about it. Of course you're going to have a few pros that disapprove.

Thank god it stayed, thats all I can say. This is Reach, no H3 or H2. I don't want MLG taking the game and trying to turn it into something its not. Sprint is one of Reach's core game mechanics, and most balanced of the AA's, so its only right they hold on to it.
Now to wait out the announcement of what maps are going into V3. Hoping for Viridian, Retroactive, Amalgam and maybe Genome... And who knows what the current map submission will bring about as well.

But idk sprint to me takes away the halo feel. I don't know how to explain. It allows you to make mistakes and not get punished, which I don't like.

How so? If you are playing a good team, you'll be punished quite a bit for using sprint wrong.

sprint is fine with me, KC needs to make jump height at least 125%, i can barely get on the rocks on Sanctuary, it shouldn't be that hard to get into R2 from jump up or sniper from court. recall that in halo 2 spartans jumped more than double their height, in reach it's like 2 feet

What I am saying is, some idiot who has no perception of setups or strategy can just push up into our spawn and then sprint away when he realizes he is getting triple teamed. That's what I meant.

Remember you can jump higher if you quickly tap your sprint button before you jump not to hard.

sprint definitely offers interesting gameplay and it speed up the pace some but I think that they should just take out the other armor abilities on the maps like jetpack and evade
