Hey Everyone,
I got a Dazzle Video Creator Plus HD for Christmas and i need a little help setting it up.
( The capture card itself is black )
Now on the capture card itself the female spots are red, white, and yellow. I have my 3 AV spliters plugged into those spots. Now i watched a couple youtube videos and i hav to use my xbox wires; the thing confuseing me is the double-headed cable i have has male ends and they are blue, green and red. This whole part is confusing me on where i would have to plug those in. Do i need a different double-headed RV cable that has male parts colored yellow, white and red?
Please help me out as i would really like to start capturing videos for commentaries on youtube!

Hey Snipemare,
I had the same problem when i first got my dazzle. What you'll need is:
3 av splitters
1 rca cable
You plug one side of your rca cable into the capture card. On the other end you'll want to connect all three of your av splitters to each color. Once you do this, take your rca cable that connects to your xbox(the one that comes with the xbox) and connect each color to the same av splitter. Below is a chain to show you how everything connects. Since you have the hd rca cable for the xbox, you may need to just use a standard non-hd cable. That's what i have to do. Then you plug the male heads of each av splitter into your tv and you should get a picture! I hope this helps!

I have the same exact cap card but I can't remember. I'm getting frustrated! I don't use it anymore. I think that I started to use the white red yellow again because the red blue green was doing something wrong. God I can't remember. I'm going to go do some research..
Edit: If you're double headed av cable has 3 male heads, you need to buy ones like this. (http://www.buy.com/prod/0-3ft-atlona-rca-male-to-dual-rca-female-audio-video-splitter-cable/q/sellerid/17715280/loc/111/211077901.html)

Okay. Not sure if anyone said what to do but I'll say it incase not.
When I set up my dazzle, what you need is the dazzle, the dazzle software, the A/V cable from your 360, 3 splitters, and an EXTRA doublesided male A/V cable.
First take your 3 splitters and plug them into the dazzle. Then take your A/V cable from your 360 (or PS3) and plug them into the splitters. Make sure the colors are correct! Red to red, yellow to yellow, white to white. Then take your double sided A/V cable (http://www.amazon.com/RiteAV-Audio-Video-RCA-Cable/dp/B000V0DY7U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1295883296&sr=8-1) and plug them into the splitter as well. Making sure it is all still red to red, white to white, and yellow to yellow. Then plug your dazzle into your PC get the software up and running and you are good. (Forgot the second end of your A/V doublesided cable goes into your tv. So it goes from 360 to splitter which leads to your TV and dazzle.)
The picture gets dimmed out on the TV screen so you have to turn up IN GAME brightness.
Render settings in SonY Vegas should be SD resolution (640x380 I think it is?) Or what I used (1280x720 HD). Rander it in either 480p or 720p (I used 720p) and you will be fine.
Hope this helps. Anything else just ask.
I CAN make a video tut on this if you still need help seeing how I still have all the parts needed.
