I have a Dazzle 150b and I honestly can't get the fricken thing to work with anything, any tips?

If you use anything else to capture video, what do you use?

Thanks,

Which program did it come with?
Is the program not responding, video not showing up, are all the cables set-up correctly?
I used to use my dazzle for recording so I can help you.

@Justin- It came up saying it had no found drivers and when I went to do anything on driver whiz, it said I need an activation code.

@Silent- It came with pinnacle quick start but I only have that program on a computer that is from 1999 and it takes forever for that computer to recognize it. I have pinnacle studio 12 on this computer, but I cant get it to show up to capture video.

God damn it. I can't think of the program name that comes with the cap card.
get me a screenshot of it if you can.
I had the drivers error as well but I made sure in the recording software that it was looking at my dazzle.
I believe the error came from not looking at the dazzle but another option.
If I had my old PC running I could tell you :/

I got the devices drivers on to my other computer now, but the computer still won't recognize it. It comes up saying ints an unknown device and when I go to assign a driver it says its not a driver that goes with it?
