Okay so last night and actually the last few times i have gamed i have really felt old lol. playing with kids that are like 13 and there either really insane or they have some of the biggest mouths i have ever seen. All i know is that if i was to say some of the things that they say i think my dad would have beat me so bad that i would have bleed from the ears lol . Oh well guess that means times are changing lol i know though my kids will not be that crazy (daughter is 3 son just turned 1)
the other point of this is I finally played 6 games with no neg lol i broke even with at least 10 kills i am stoked i took it back to 3 sens for now and used a different set of glasses (these are old school waffer style so the lenses covers alot more than the thin frames i normally wear.) So it was like the first night i went to bed not pissed at my performance lol so ya. Hopefully everyone has a killer days

ha ha ha yes sir i give alot of what little free time i have to it. I love everything about gaming and i am glad now people have what i didn't growing up. For the longest time it was just the normal i got next or challenge on a the acrade but even that had its limits. i think i only really played a couple or tournys for halo and halo two and about a dozen for MVC2 on the Dream cast . sadly there wasn't much call for it and our parents really didn't get it.now its nice to see parents support there kids in this area

The average age of gamers is going up though so your not alone. I'll be 25 soon and I hear over and over again kids talking about their parents buying MSpoints so I feel old as well.

I agree, the ages for gamers are going up. I'm 27 and still play all the time. I have a son who is 7 months now so the only time I have to play is late nights, but i'm used to it :)

yea see i work 4 overnights and one day shift (today) so i find time to play and do homework lol and balance a wife in there somewhere lol shhh don't tell her i said that lol. but its awesome i have pics of my kids in gamer wear and sitting with me while i play speaking of which i was thinking about getting some shirts made up with final boss and for that fact a few other teams for kids i really wanna get my kids into the gaming world and i think this would be fun to show up at in event with my son sporting a boss onesie or my daughter in a instinct shirt her size

The next generation of gamers is going to be intense, there was a shift during my generation of parents who didn't support competitive gaming to those that did. Now that we are having kids they will have that support and the competitive world may get much larger now.

I'll be 39 in 2 weeks and play halo most nights. I can tell you it only gets worse. The aggression and evil taunts no longer bother me but I can't get over the ignorance and plain stupidity I encounter. It makes me feel embarrassed.

25 here and 2 kids dude... definitely know the feeling, but if my boys get into gaming I will totally support them as long as they were passing in school and have a career path pkanned out.

But some people around my age (15) or younger, really do have bad mouths. Some kids that play the game shouldn't even be allowed to have it. But it is what it is. I think there will always be a place for everyone in gaming though.

oh 21 how i remember thee lol i bought a bottle of wine marinated steak grilled out and downed a 6 pack with my dad lol good times good times now i gotta worry that boys re going to stat hitting on my daughter in about 7 yrs time to go gun shopping lol. but ya honestly i think iwill game till i can't physically pick up a control who knows though maybe kinect will be so advanced i can use the power chair i will have and play with that lol

25 as well. Just finished a match on Black Ops and this one kid on my team was maybe 9 years old and he had the biggest mouth I've ever encountered to date. I could even hear his brother or maybe even dad encouraging him. This doesn't even happen just on Video games anymore. It's spread to the outside world and it disgusts me to the core. I've almost lost all hope for this new generation.

Ya i can promise my kids won't be like that actually got a cop called on me the other day at wall mart for spanking my child ...( i belive in spanking Not Beating there is a big difference) but the cop basically told me that if i didn't stop she would have to make a report. I ended up telling the cop to mind her own biz cause how i disciplen my child was not her concern and was like unless you want her to become a issue then i will let her reak havoc so that when she is older she can rob your house and then it will be your issues. honestly its gotten to the point as undaunted said that parents are encouraging their kid to swear and talk like that. i mean really what happened to teaching respect for others and that its a game granted its a sport as well but until they hit the competive level y .....No i do know that i tend to swear when i play this game (kids are in bed ) but i have since long given up telling some kid to f off and he fing sucks and to go kill him self ect. there really is no place in gaming for that cause bottom line we are there to have fun

ya its gotten crazy i actually used the touch me one more time and i call the cops with my dad he then handed me the phone and said you call and i give them a reason to take me ...so Fail lol but you know what i love my childern and i want them to succeed and be respected but the moment i catch them on live doing anything that i have noticed ya i revoke it quick lol also i hope MR.P still doing this when they are the right age i would love to take them to the gameing house
