Sorry to hear that, whenever I remove people from my list its not personal. It's usually because I don't play with them anymore, they play other games instead of Reach, or they have not been on for a week or more.

i was banned from xbl for putting that number in my bio. I was banned from mlg for stupid reasons and I don't even know exactly what for.
