This post is for everyone to post what they think is their own personal biggest flaw in gameplay. In return we should respond with any tips to try and help each other out.

I believe my own biggest flaw is that I try to help too much. I have had games that I've played where I started out with a huge K/D ratio and ended up barely positive or even due to the want to help teammates. I've been told that I need to learn to let allies die sometimes. haha.

My biggest flaw is when I play people who live in Mexico and Japan. Canada to Japan sucks, especially when THEY pull host.

Oh I feel you on that one. Can't help but to let it get to you when you know they're trash talking in another language and the internet does nothing to help you.

Weapon timing. Even though I focus on objective, I feel as a team I should know when the power weapons are coming up.

I can say that use to happen to me alot. The way to help is just be more aware of the time, but anyone can over glance it if you're not looking or waiting already for them to spawn. A good way that helped me is to time myself. I would figure out the feel for the time by simply learning how much of the game I could pay before 2mins or 3mins were up. It helped me learn the times by not looking for the time. I know that is a bass ackwards way of putting it, but i usually have a good feel for the times without having to waste that split second to look at the clock. It also helps greatly when your team calls every last little thing out. Thanks to my teammates Team Requiem - Forbidden Smallz Monrgel

My biggest flaws are stayin "Alive" and trying not to advance by myself.

I try to play support, I really feel The Outlaw on that one. I should focus on my own k/d more than helping, but probably my biggest flaw is when something goes wrong, like I get stuck off the spawn, I lose focus and get frustrated. I guess I should concentrate on my game and keep my confidence up when things go bad.

uhh one of my biggest flaws is finding that "comfort zone"

I think my biggest flaw is when i get spawn trapped i dont think of how to get our more just react to the guy shooting me. I also have a bad habit of getting very mad when i pace and someone spams a perfect 5 into my face.

Communication is definitely my biggest flaw, I don't nearly call out as much as I should. I have a hard time calling out who I am fighting when I am in the battle. I could probably save my teammates a couple times a game if I could call out right. Sometimes I know where a person is, where they are going, and I try to call out but I can't seem to remember what the location is called, and I struggle letting my team know. Finally I need to be quicker with my callouts, say them as soon as I see them, somtimes I let 5 seconds go by and then call something out.

I think this is probably the second biggest difference between pros and normal people. It is really hard to call out instantly and while in the middle of a DMR battle or something. I think that basically everyone could improve in this field.

In your opinion what would be the first biggest difference?

My biggest flaw is that I search the playlist alone because I never have anyone good on my Friendslist that's online consistently other than Wes, but he always has his team.

Decision making. They just always know what the best move is at any given time and they are really smart in what they do. Us normal players tend to do stupid things sometimes like chase or whta not, and the pros never make big mistakes like that.

Yeah most people will call a guy out after they have lost the fight. Meaning the guy gets away, rather then calling him out during the fight.

My biggest flaw is I roam too much. Which ends up being a huge gamble. I usually either go mad positive from being able to get behind them so much, or mad negative from them finding me alone. My play style is to heavily focused on trying to out smart the opponent. And when I fail to do that it basically leaves me in one of those "Oh sh*t...." situations.

@Antidote i totally know what you mean -__- lol

i believe my biggest flaw is helping to much which means dying to much but i'm working on it..

and on the call out topic it took me a while b4 i could call out while in a 1v1 or 1v2 i started trying to learn that the last season of H3 lol

Chicken has said it perfectly. Decision making and communication are two biggest factors that set aside Pros and the rest of us. Well that and solid teamwork, but that comes from having a team that does the first two.

you forgot skill, lol. Whats weird with pros is that in slayer they dont go after one shots at all. The top teams almost always stay in a set-up. Dont get me wrong they drop, but only if its by were they need to be

My biggest flaw is getting impatient, if im holding a power position and i dont see anyone, and my teammates are shooting at people, i usually run to help them, and i give up the power spot. Calling out is just as much of an issue as listening to your teammates. I feel like i call out really well but i dont react to call outs as fast as i should, sometimes it takes me a couple of seconds.
i guess another flaw is spawn trapping, i can never figure out where the other team's gonna spawn, i usually find myself doing 360s trying to find people and then i get backwacked anyway lol. i'm also probably overly aggressive with sniper, i usually get it and then charge and try and get a triple kill or something, and it doesn't usually work, but it makes me mad when my teammate camps in our base with sniper, and is virtually no help to the team, especially in objective.

I would think that I have exceptional communication, its what I take pride in; however, when I call someone out who is absolute and not a single person on my team looks that way no nade throw no nothing and that guy lives and then comes back and kills me I get really discouraged to call out cause it seems pointless. So that and having a slow start to a game, starting out 0-3 or 0-4, and trying to go slay crazy to make up for it is my biggest flaws for sure.

Trying to be flashy... I want nothing else then a team that I click with and a team that is my skill level or greater so I can go to events and compete. So instead of being a solid SMART player, I tend to believe that I can outskill my opponent just by no scoping and out-dmring them while impressing my teammates.

What I should be doing is not even putting myself in positions for 1v1's and work together with someone else. I need to quit trying to be Snipedown and be more like Elamite or T2. I can be a great vocal leader/support player, Yes I can occasionally pull out AMAZING no-scopes, but that doesn't mean I should always HAVE to.

A team of equal skill is better than a team with one awesome player and 3 eh players. if you can know that your team is capable of doing anything you can and vice versa it allows for better charisma. If your team has to depend on you to win the entire game for them, then even if you can every now and then it will take its told on you. Not only pressure wise but you also won't be confident in your teammates to do anything.

My biggest flaw is trying to help everyone out. And by that, I mean switching targets constantly even if there is one enemy in a great position to kill me.

Hmmm let me think....

Needle rifle too over powered because its too accurate and it spams faster

People complaining more about host than they did for halo 3

Lacking teamwork

People chasing for kills

People using evade and sprint to run away from a dmr fight.

Terrible matchmaking system (why exp? its not cod. gimme the good teammates bungie) highest skill>exp

When you die by an explosion of a needle rifle, you get p*ssed off

The maps play terrible
Ex: people camp in the back with the sniper in sanctuary and bungie made it impossible to kill them from a distance
The shielding system
Ex: heath packs are not necessary, sometime you die by three beat downs and other times by one, sometimes one grenade kills you when you have full shields.
The weapons take so much less skill
Ex: spamming and getting lucky 1/2 the time
Most pros hate the game and complain too much about it

People with no experience think they are so amazing at Reach and they thing they will become pro

Maps like countdown feel like a big team battle map and its hard to provide teamwork unless your CAMPING on third with a power weapon

My biggest flaws are definitely:

Map awareness
Not knowing the callouts
Lack of communication when pissed
Chasing when I shouldn't
Being an idiot when 1 shot
Beat Downs
ETC...

Yeah, my map positioning is usually bad. Usually you'll finding me camping at the spawn on Sanctuary because everytime I go anywhere I'll be killed pretty quickly. "Oh, that guy is one shot, let me go after him!....SNIPE!" Story of my life.

Krillin, you are sooo hard on yourself! Lighten up! Hahaha. You may have some "gameplay flaws", but you play with pros on a regular basis! So if anyone ever says anything to you, just say check the friends list ;) lol

i try to keep myself well rounded and what not but i would have to say my shot
i can run perfect strats and i stay focused and i team shot well, i can communicate but halo reach has not allowed me to find a comfortable enough sensitivity.. i can have my moments where im on fire but its not consistent enough for me

They definitely decreased the lunge range because i am constantly smacking air, and when i wait to get closer for the beatdown, someone on my team dies. That's why i usually just try to stick to guns.
