This is a non-story. As they said in the article, this is probably a "just in case" domain registration before some other douchebag buys it and then tries to charge Microsoft many many times more than it's worth when MS inevitably does something to try and mix Kinect with Halo.

I think this would be an interesting edition, as long as it's not the main edition. Say they come out with Halo 4, after the CE remake. If at the same time they came out with Halo: Kinect, and added on to the story like they did with ODST, I think it could work. It would be a casual version of the competitive game.
