View Full Version : Life Montage

I always imagine that, in death, I will be brought to a very ornate looking chair in the middle of a dark room facing a massive screen that plays through a montage of my life. This brings me to think about what songs would be playing during my montage.
List yours as:
1. Beginning
2. Middle
3. End
Mine are
1. Inevitable - Anberlin (http://snd.sc/eDvTwK)
Rise - Eddie Vedder (http://snd.sc/ecTXz9)
2. Jamie All Over - Mayday Parade (http://snd.sc/f6Geod)
3. Landslide - Smashing Pumpkins (http://snd.sc/gB2LQO)
Man of the Hour - Pearl Jam (http://snd.sc/aQppxL)
Try to include SoundCloud links, like I did, to make it easier for people to listen to your choices.
You can go more in depth if you want. If you actually use songs that mean something to you, and not just pick your favorite songs, then people will actually be able to see a small piece of who you are.

Birth - Oh I just can't wait to be king - Lion King
Middle - I stand Alone - Godsmack, Youth of the Nation - POD
End - We Are the Champions - Queen
The funny thing is that I don't really listen to any of this music at the moment. I mean I guess I outgrew the Lion King in terms of a source of music, ( still a great movie lol ) and the Godsmack POD days are long gone, though I will admit that the sweet sounds of Fred Mercury still invade my earbuds on occasion. I think this was a really interesting question because it could be taken different ways, as in what was my favorite song at that time period, or what best described me, or in my case with my end choice what I hope will describe me that point. Neat post Joe, I like when a post really makes you stop and think.
No one has thought of Happy Birthday for their first song! im suprised.
@morgacht lion kind was a good one

Anyway if you have questions relating to T-mobile feel free to PM me! I'm your man.[/QUOTE]
Not really a life montage but I'm posting it here because of the amount of times my parents played this song when I was a child. So it reminds me; in a strange way, of my life.
Also very educational and worth the time to watch.
