I don't get it. How does TLN keep its community so kind and welcoming? There had to have been at least a few people come here and act up. Were they banned?

Yeahhhh, there have been a couple people who have come into our community and have tried to troll and flame us, but we don't tolerate that. If they get banned once, then they usually don't come back.
But we're a very welcoming community, no reason for anyone to come in here with the intention of causing shenanigans.

Normally everyone who comes to this forum know or has heard of Mr. P and his family and all they have done for the MLG community so it's only fair that we act respectable on his website to show our appreciation. Some people have come onto these forums just to troll, post spammy websites, or pass out dumb sponsorships *cough* Quootie *cough*. But we here love this community and want to see it thrive and the only way to keep something alive and well is to treat it right and support it. Welcome to TLN !!

IP addresses are logged for every post. I find it very interesting that his legitimate posts had the EXACT SAME IP as the ones when his account was "hacked" ... He had previous offenses before his most recent blowup that caused that ban.

But mainly the reason is we have a low tolerance for crap here. You screw up and try and mess with another member, you don't just get a tiny slap on the wrist and walk away like on other gaming forums sites. Some have called me too strict of a moderator at times but only because it is my goal for these forums to not turn into the pile that the MLG forums have become.

This community overall is great. There have a been a few instances that people have mentioned, but overall everyone here is mature and respectful of others and very welcoming to new people. It feels much closer of a community then some other gaming forums. To sum it up, This place rocks. :)

That qoodie guy was so weird. I would say he was the biggest thread this forum had. But there were also some extremely new members who barged in and demanded they wanted their money back and this site was useless and stuff. It has happened before, and will happen again, but nothing will come of it. We are all too close!
