Hey, I'm fairly new to the community, some of you may recognize me because I spammed friend requests not to long ago. I spammed because I wanna play customs with fellow TLN members and make friends within the community.
We plan on doing gamebattles, and going to Columbus. We can't LAN, but have very good schedules so we can practice a lot. Our team is very serious, and aim to break into the top 32.
Requirements:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Availability] - I have a job, and my department closes at 8:00pm Central. My other two teammates have day jobs. So when I work we can play 8:00pm-11:00pm Central. If I'm off work then we can play 5:00pm-11:00pm central. Based on that, we need a teammate whose schedule fits in great with ours.
[Maturity] - Age doesn't necessarily matter... we're a mature group of friends who enjoy playing together. Don't get me wrong, we have a great sense of humor and crack lots of jokes, we just don't act childish.
[Dedication] - If you WANT to practice and have the desire to get better and win, that would be great. Our team has insane drive, and it would be great to find someone who cares as much as us to go over games and find ways to improve as a whole.
[Fundamentals] - You need to be able to communicate right, that means calling out on sight, and taking 'small talk' to an extreme. Being a good team player who can do the obj, slay, put down a lot of shots, playing for the 'W', not k/d.
[Losing] - After our team plays a certain amount of games, we go over those games. Whether we get destroyed, barely lose, or dominate, we ask ourselves a number of questions. What could we have done better? What we're we lacking, what weren't we doing? I think you got the point. Even if we have a bad day, we want to benefit from every game, not just play 10gb matches then get off.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What's most beneficial to our team?
If you had a great sniper, not necessarily sniping left and right, but hitting your body shots. Event experience. If you truly understand what it takes to win and what it takes to build a team that will rise to the occasion. If you had a great shot and did very well at flanking and slaying.
