Even the last 2 games they won, they were really close. If tD wins this series, they better straighten up for Final Boss, or they'll be getting ROFLstomped.

Triggers Down held their advancement in their own hands, leading TS Pit 46-40 over Warriors. Robbie B had the trump card, however, in the form of a sniper rifle and he put it to good use. He led the charge and Warriors ended up pulling even at 47 and then snagged two kills in the final 15 seconds to win 49-48. Warriors took the series 3-2 and move on to Winners Bracket Round 3 where they will likely meet Final Boss. Triggers Down make another trip to the Losers Bracket. -MLG Live Blog

I'm glad to see Instinct move on but Enable is the top player with most kills at Raleigh but that probably is a was now because Roy just went off and Enable didn't seem so hot.

And this weekend is why Roy's my favorite player (I even said it in that thread), he's consistent, and I feel he's the best player in the game. Roy is the reason why Instinct is still going.

LOL I was thinking the same thing! They had control for a good minute or two and should have gotten a flag cap instead. Oh and it sucks not being able to hear the commentary :( but being on Main Stage makes up for it :)

All the Saturday Night games were great. Except that 36-36 on Pit TS. That's the reason I don't like Pit TS. Anyway, it's great that Instinct is doing better, but they'll have to do even better than they did against SQ if they hope to take down FB. I mean, Status Quo is a great team, but FB is the Final Boss.

FB played incredible. It's hard to believe that this is Vic X's first tournament win considering how long he's been playing top tier halo. But I guess that just goes to show you the ammount of incredibly skilled competition out there in MLG these days. Look out for Thunder in REACH!!! haha

We won't know EXACTLY what he did until the VoD comes out. However, based off of the post-game discussion between the Triggers Down team; Clutch had thrown, well attempted to, the ball off the map, but Neighbor grabbed the ball before it was out of his reach on the limb that's on the side of the stump, and while he was slipping off of that limb, he jumped into the camo lift which prevented him from falling off of the map. He did all of this with only 5 seconds left on the timer, and they won the oddball game by 1 second. This was the 3rd win in the series and knocked BtH out.

206-205 Game 3 Guardian Ball Victory over Dynasty. Grabbed the ball midair with 0-1 seconds left and got the win. I need someone to get that clip (along with some other good clutch clips) and make an awesome "MLG: Where Amazing Happens" vid. Instead of just Goofy's snipe from Cbus. :)
