okay right now we have 2. Me (from SC) and my boy (from Minnesota)

YES I KNOW MLG TEAMS ARE FOUR PEOPLE BUT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A FULL TEAM FOR WAY TOO LONG SO I JUST WANT TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP AND ONLY ADD 1 MEMBER, DEVELOP CHEMISTRY WITH THE 3 MEMBERS THEN FIND A FOURTH/COACH.

In order to narrow out the candidates for this third member, I just want you (the prospect) to answer the following True/False questions about yourself to give you a better idea of what we are looking for. The more TRUE answers you have, the higher probability you will have to be tried out for this position.

1. T/F: I have a strong desire to become a professional halo player.
2. T/F: I had at least one (legit) MLG 50 in halo 3
3. T/F: I am willing to do my part to optimize team chemistry
4. T/F: I am not a stat whore
5. T/F: I realize that stats can be very misleading
6. T/F: I typically put up huge stats
7. T/F: I do not get overly mad when i get destroyed in a game
8. T/F: I try to use the perspective of what I can do differently in a game to make my teammate do better, rather than blame him when he is "playing bad"
9. T/F: I can keep my composure in game very easily
10. T/F: I don't strive for top 16, I strive for 16 times better than top 1
11. T/F: I put the necessary time in to be a pro and based on the amount of time I have put in thus far, I feel like I should already be pro
12. T/F: I am physically attractive. If I'm ugly then I have a good personality meaning I am a lot of fun. Or either I can beat people up. I like to party
13. I am WILLING to put more time into planning than practicing.

More about the to2: We are both really good, we have both had mlg 50s in halo 3. We both want to go pro. My teammate has had a good amount of success in 1v1s beating top players such as aptitude and making it to the gb front page on many different occasions. I am very smart and have had academic success outside of halo. Also, I can see what it takes to win and I have the desire and ambition.

I am gonna have to go ahead and agree with Gym on this one. Seriously guys 1. there is a specific thread for this. 2. The way you're going about getting a teammate is all wrong. If you want to find teammates don't ask their level of attractiveness. Maybe try playing games with people of the community and see who's play-style clicks with yours then asking them to join. about number 6: No a stat whore and putting up huge stats aren't the same thing. A stat whore is just someone who is more concerned about their own stats than the outcome of the game. You can still put up huge stats on a regular basis ( going most positive sometimes by more than +10) and not be a stat whore just by working with your teammates for the W

about number 8: I asked that question to get a better sense of how the candidate's view on the TEAM will be. Basically it is a question that tests an overall knowledge of a team being a unit rather than individuals

about number 9: I can definitely keep my composure very easily because i don't rage since i realize that it is just a game. I don't complain about xbl issues and i NEVER say this game is stupid (when things don't go my way)

about number 10: 16 times better than number 1 definitely didn't literally mean winning 16 times more events. It is just another way of saying, "I don't strive to be among the best of teams, but rather the very best"

about number 11: We're looking for someone with confidence

i did say what i'm bringing to the table..i posted FIRST and answered the 13 questions. ALSO...why do so many of you randoms think you know exactly what it takes and how i should go about finding a team? I mean don't say this thread should be deleted just because it is a different approach then tell me to conform to trying to find a team in a way that does not produce a pro seed most of the time
