That was a really well done trailer. Kinda sad and completely not what I was expecting from a zombie game trailer. Not really my type of game to play but it looks like it could be really good for those that are into the zombie thing. Although the RPG leveling and melee combat might get me interested.

From the looks of it, i think it was made with the Heavy Raid Havok engine. The details in the eyes look almost identical.

On further inspection, it was made with the Chrome 4 Engine(Which i have never heard of before) Strange.

They have just announced that tomorrow at 9am PST 5pm GMT, they will be releasing the Dead Island website, with more videos and a new trailer and with lots of "Eye Candy" As they said.

yeah ive been following this game for 2 or 3 years. they started to work on it and i guess it was postponed. glad to hear they are finishing it.

have you guys heard about Class 3 and Class 4? those should be epic. check out their website, they are 3rd person zombie MMOs. you can barricade and strengthen your house or whatever building you choose but you have to scavenge for the materials first plus having to eat and sleep will add some zombie fun

Never been a fan of zombie games /: I just don't understand the point of them. If I play a game not for the multiplayer, I like a really good storyline and fun gameplay, and that can only be taken so far with random zombie killing. Hopefully this is good for all of you zombie lovers though!
