Coby and Team RC Update:

A big thanks to ALL that are cheering for the big underdog! Perhaps a bit nervous but I think the biggest excuse is that they are playing against some of the top Halo teams in the nation. Coby and RC have only played together for a couple of weeks, along with trying out new settings and new maps made it a rough day yesterday. Against Final Boss they had 1 win and 6 close games and against Carbon they had 1 win and 4 close games.

Thinking positive, I believe they have a lot of potential. Hopefully by Sunday, they will figure a few things out for the tournament.

Coby was down this morning � not pumped � perhaps the pressure. The Legendz series was a close one that could have gone to RC but Coby mostly had a rough showing that series. The Suds are trying to get him back into kick-butt form. Hopefully they succeed!

Just taking games from the best teams in the world with a fairly new team is a huge accomplishment, they will only get better, and coby is probably contributing more than you see in the stats, the sudds are know for semi selfish play letting their teammates do the dirty work while they post the stats, hopefully they are changing, but coby is definitely at the same skill level as them. Thats pretty awesome of you to reply to all of us personally too, you guys really seem like good people.

I'm so glad to have the Sudd's, Bert, and Coby over to practice because I want to see them succeed. This is the highest quality practice, which I feel like they know and seem to be dealing with the pressure very well. Theres no reason they can't push for top 16 at the opener if they stick together. Not really sure what their team goals are but I do know one thing...watching them win the 1st game of the LAN was pretty classic. With that being said there is no way Instinct is going to take it easy on Reality Check tomorrow =P

It may have been a tough first couple days, but they are playing some of the best in the game. Every game win or lose is a learning experience. No matter what, they will come out of this LAN a better team and it will serve them well come tournament time.

I sat down to watch some of the Legends vs RC stream last night and was thrilled at the momentum RC had going. So thrilled in fact that I got a 2nd wind and watched the entire series before passing out.

Nerves are real but after last night I think we are going to see a more confident Coby for today. The first day of JvsP I was so nervous I had a lump in my throat, freezing feet and my heart felt like it had the pins and needles. I calmed down the 2nd day and although my stats were not great, they were better and my body liked me again. Go Coby.
