i play with neighbor everytime he first gets on and only if im on, i play one game with him and after he usually calls others to get on for practice, and after hes done with practice i play customs or more mlg with him and some other people, i can ask him if its cool to invite you

Not sure if there is really a reason for locking it. Nobody is doing anything wrong.

And also, like others said, go into playlist to get matched up with pros. If you go to www.halocharts.com and type in your name, you can look at your Reach profile and see your "rank" in MLG. Once you are around a 40, you get matched up against pros frequently.
