Hello, I am a serious coach for Halo: Reach and I am one of the few that truely have a passion for it. My long-term goal has been to turn this passion into a Reality, so I decided to put my controller down and start coaching.

I enjoy coaching far more than playing due to the fact that I love to help my team out in any way I can. Throughout my gaming career, I have encountered no better feeling than that of truely impacting a game through coaching. I coach at LANs and friends' houses often and I have received nothing but positive feedback.

I am not a coach that approaches teams with the intent of involving a sponsor as my free pass to join the team. However, when I dedicate myself to a team, I will also take on a manager role. As a result, team finances will become one of many priorities and I will focus on gathering potential sponsors for the team.

Furthermore, my recent luck with teams has not been so great. I have been off and on teams where sponsors that I have acquired have been stolen. Therefore, I am looking for a team that values me as a true member and not just a piggy bank. I refuse to fall in the recent pool of coaches that are paying their way onto teams and I truely believe that skill can triumph over bribery.

Recently I have felt that my efforts and hard work have gone unnoticed by most, and this is my attempt to expose it. Many may argue the point that a coach is not that important, but coaching is easily one of the most important things to me. I aspire to be the best coach I can be and I hope that my efforts do not go unaccounted for.

Nice Write Up Alex I'm Sure someone will definitely pick you up. Problem is most pro teams don't worry about coaches until the roster lock unless the coach comes with a sponsorship. Best of luck to you man! Ill keep trying my best for ya!

I lol'd at this. Paragraphs next time. But it was a great read. Not too many coaches I have seen sound as dedicated as you with a genuine desire to help their team to be the best they possibly can no matter what it takes.

I hope you find a team.

Alex you need to understand that there are tons of great coaches that have the same passion as you that are in the same boat as you, including myself. I admire that you took the time to write all this just remember is not only you trying to find a team. If you fail it should make you work just that much harder to get what you want.
