Tournament Rules

-You must be a member on TLN.
-You must have a SC2 account.
-You must create an account on Challonge (you will be receiving emails through Challonge about matches) Once you set up your account let me know so I can add you to the tournament bracket.
-You must be on the American Server.
-You must have at least 10 posts on the TLN Forums.
-You will be seeded by previous Tournament points. If you do not have previous tournament points or it is your first time participating you will receive a rank based on your performance on the 1v1 ladder in SC2.
-You must contact the player you are playing via PM, XBL, AIM, or phone. If you have a problem contact me!
-Prizes will be awarded to the top 4 finishing players if 32 players (These prizes will be determined shortly)

Please post: username.Character Code, Race, and rank in 1v1s, (If you have points from the previous tournament please post them as well)

When
Tournament will being on April 13th Winners bracket matches will be able to be played until April 29th. Winners and Losers Bracket times can be found in the second post.

I would say you get 4 disconnetcs per series.
If you disconnect twice you lose one game.
If you disconnect 2 more times you lose the series.

I'm not doing the long times for fun...I'm doing them because sometimes people have other responsibilities to take care of.. For example myself at the moment. I have exams coming up next week that I must start to prepare for right now. So I need to focus on the instead of how to 1 racks expand more efficiently. Once the Summer roles around I will make the time frame shorter because then you have no excuse besides.... I went on vacation.

I was doing that because I was in school and knew other people were really hurting with school. This is the last extension and I made that clear go to second post for reference. There will never be another extension for anyone...You don't show you get DQ'd simple as that. Also I have made it so instead of getting like 2 weeks to play you have 3-4 days. Which will make this run smoother.

I only did it this one last time because most of the halo pros have been extremely busy plus only 6 matches were done....So It makes sense to give a little extension...Just trying to be fair!

I want a competitive tournament and when there are like 24 ppl who aren't worried or are really busy, it makes it not competitive. There will be a prize for First place, but no prize for 2nd - 4th. The next tourney will start during the summer so that one will have the prizes that I have stated in the first post. Let's just get this tourney rolling!

I don't want to have to give out prizes in this tourney if no one can really dedicate anytime to it...Or at least post and say hey I've been busy, but I'll try to find some time...here to play my match....I haven't seen any of that in the thread.

Also: It's now the 7th and from what I can see does EsoDrevO move on against Legacy because he's the higher seed? Which is weird because Legacy was on last night watching mine and LxthuL's games so IMO that shows that Legacy actually put forth the effort to at least be online.

No idea with the other ones, but Assault, Phokas, and Havkin should also be moving on because of seeds.
