Dallas!!!

Ok so I admit I want to go to Dallas and I just saw the dates are my school's spring break dates or close too at least , I "have" to be back at school by 10:50 am for my class monday , and the flights I mean to be honest suck ( 6 am flight lol ) but are cheap like 180-190 maybe 170 round trip and be awesome to go ! I have friends I would probally stay with for like a week since I would fly out early like mar.24 to visit them all and stay through the event til monday but one problem most of my friends out there are people I meet well working at camp and before you judge I was only 19 and to be fair most of them are 18 and seniors but ... most of them are girls and still in high school meaning I most likely will not be able to get to crash at any of their places since the parents would flip out at a now 20 year old college kid coming to stay at 18 year old high school girls house which is sketch but I did work and get to know them very well for a month well working and... well I dont wanna go into how im not a creep or anything but im not looking for and "favors" from them its just a fun trip and MLG event will be there and it be nice to visit then go to the Event. Anyways to make this shorter for other people

Is anyone in Dallas's area maybe able to let me stay for a week or so XD , I really cant afford a hotel for 10 days I am hoping one of them will come through with a palce to stay but if not what else could I do In dallas since I think most of you might be uncomfortable with some random guy on TLN staying at your house what other means are their to have a place to stay besides the streets lol

My advice is to become active on here and make friends. I would call anyone crazy that just took you in for more than a week just because you asked. Not just you btw, I would say that about any person I didn't know asking this.

yeah i know it was a far shot i just did not now if there was anyone that had ideas on cheaper ways like i know england has thoose hostels for like 10/night with bed air like a cheap shower but i just did not know if anyone had ideas! You have any irl friends that might be down for a road trip? Splitting the room and gas would cost about the same as your plane ticket would have if you can get a few guys to go.

lol yeah maybe but not many are mlg fans, I had a crew but they hate MLG now and how they have ruined gaming they use to like old school underground MLG now they say its ruining gaming by sticking with Crappy Halo:Reach instead of moving on , they liked Halo2 / Halo 3 MLG times but they said they needed to start SC2 main stage and move Reach to the side so ... :\ ! I am gonna wait and see if any of my friends will get back to me on staying at their house :)

There are going to be 3 main stages this year. 1 for Halo, 1 for SC2 and 1 for Black Ops.

True yeah I'll try and see if they want to go but i mean they like really hate MLG now like , they play on LAN SC2 tournaments and swear to never watch MLG again they are starting a underground thing in Orlando for SC2 :|

don't worry about da music fiend , my boss wont even give me off my own spring break from school anyways. Downside of working in a local game store.... 3 workers so rarely can I take a weekend off or many days because there are not many workers to fill my spot as it is. Which sucks because i was going to take the whole 10 days off and fly somewhere if TX did not work out then somewhere else but looks like nothing will be happening besides work and staying at home :(

almost for sure going to dallas and my plans are to room with like 5 people so if you dont mind not having space for like 2-3 days then you should be fine
