TLN Forum Calendar Feature

One thing I used to do when I visited the Shoryuken forums alot was check the tournament calendar to see if there was tournaments close to me or to see who was streaming matches that night.

We have a calendar feature on TLN forums and all I ever see is peoples birthdays. Look at SRK's calendar (http://shoryuken.com/calendar.php)... Packed! :) lol.

If you are having a stream, LAN, Tourny, etc. dont just start a forum thread, Put it on the calendar in advance as well. And if you are into fighters/starcraft throw up anything related in there too. Pros vs Joes and TLN LANS can go up there too.

If you poke around SRKs calendar and see how people integrate it with their flyers, websites and forum posts, its actually quite helpful. :) I added something on TLN's calendar for May 6th, go find out what it is.

I definitely agree with putting future streams and events on a calandar so people can expect when they can watch a stream.

If you'd like to find the calendar without having to refer to this post, you can find it by being on the main forum page and looking at the black bar underneath where it says Forum / Whats New.

Also on the main forum page at the way bottom, I think events show up for that day in the "Whats Going On?" section.
