Has anyone gotten a controller with this website? I ordered it over a week ago and it's still "processing". Anyone hd similar experiences?

For me it was envy controllers, and the same thing happened to me. I think that they are all owned by the same person or group of ppl. I tried from 2 different sites and the controller never came. Luckily they didn't charge me on my credit card.

I have never personally ordered one from them as they seem to have gone downhill since they were 'on top' of the custom controller game. Right now Envy Controllers is your best bet for a custom controller. I have a controller there from one of the guys that works there and it lasted me over 3500 games in Reach alone (I got it before Raleigh 2010) before one of the sticks had rubber wear off. I still use it because I love it so much and will probably be getting a new one from there soon. :)

Not sure what your problem was but Envy at leasts post on their twitter or facebook when they have a backlog because of so many orders.

I got a controller from TCS and it took longer then expected to for it to process and arrive. I emailed them and everything worked out well. The controller its self with the no slow fix is down right amazing.

I've been waiting on mine for over a month now, ordered it on January 29. Still says processing :(
