Great Games Getting Reboots? or remakes?

Havkin again, i have always LOVED games and the thing i think that gets Gamers Really Hyped is when they see a Trailer for a game they loved and the number "2" pops up at the end. its always awesome to see that we get another crack at something that Brought us great memories. im talking all the way back to things like Super Mario world... 2 lol. i have great memories of games that i loved like Devil May Cry and Onimushia (sp check) on PS2 and Kingdom Heart i can go on an on i bring those titles up cuz they were amazing the First time and then we saw. DmC2,3,4 and O,2,3, and a spin off. and KH got 2, and like a Dozen spin offs. but like i said i brought these titles up cuz now they are all getting REBOOTS. things that i think make gamers mostly dislike. that means the people and worlds we have come to know and love over 3 or 4 titles are now getting completly redone. its scary to see DmC with a Non White Haired Teen Age Dante. now im happy to see things like Mortal Kombat get a Reboot back to the Roots but thats cuz they went throught a Bad REBOOT with the Ps2 era. OK now to the Question

What games do you want to see get a Overhaul or reboot and what games should of never seen a reboot

Heavy Rain for the PS3 was simply incredible. How to go about it, I don't know, but more of where that came from is a necessity.

I think Earthworm Jim deserves a remake for sure. As does Homeworld!

They should have never messed with Mortal Kombat after the Sega Genesis. But I think they are making a new one going back to the old style much like Street Fighter did.

I would love to see Final Fantasy VII done again, nothing changed, just updated graphics.

Can you imagine those hours of cutscenes in HD? Epic game, would be AMAZING if they redid it. Do you think it would ever happen?

I think my favorite remakes are the pokemon games, fire red and leaf green as well as heart gold and soul silver are just as if not more fun that the first, and they add alot of extra things you couldnt do in the originals. I think reboots will become the norm for most blockbuster games, just like we see a new james bond, or new superman trilogy every 20 years I think video games will soon be doing that too.

Call of Duty 1. IMO best FPS ever. But, I think it should get a remake. It was insanely competitive on the PC. I've won a few tournaments racking in 500+ dollars. Been like 4 years ago, but still.

I would love to also see the FF7 Remake and a Rampage remake. It would be sickkkkkk :p

I also wanna see a Pong Remake ;) It would be phenomenal with the graphics that are offered in this generation.
