original gamertags from the orginal xbox for xbox live, that can now be taken because microsoft is letting people use them now that they have been silver for an extended period of time

yeah well they are doing it pretty slowly, so not every possible gamertag that will be restored by these means will be done yet.

go to edit GT, if it says its taken then it is unavailable

I got KRILLLN but the 3rd L looks like an I because it's lowercase. You can't tell the difference online and since I will never get the original (guy plays like once every three months and I hate him!) I was very stoked. KRILLlN is what it looks like here but on Reach you can't tell at all.
