Upon looking for more videos about the Gaming House on YouTube. I was able to find a video of Korean Gaming House. This video was pretty interesting, they seemed to be having a lot of fun. Also I think they were eating pancakes with chop sticks.

Added note: If Mr. P checks out this video, they also put their shoes at the front door just how i've seen the Gaming House is

P.S. Are they a team that plays Starcraft 2? If anybody knows

Looks pretty fun, it would be crazy to see how good halo pros could get if they played that much. Im pretty sure its starcraft 2 at the end it shows a starcraft 2 screen loading.

Startale, They are pretty big. They came 2nd in the recent GSTL.

And KB.... Through Sponsors and prize money last year the team as a whole made somewhere in the riegon of $240k. And that is nothing compared to Slayers/oGs.

Brood War pro teams make more than that as well.

Damn 240K that's a lot, but I heard to be able to make that much it's really hard, since the Korean competition is really good.

You're really calling these guys losers? Obviously you have no idea how big E-sports are in Korea.

You have no idea what I am talking about. L is from Deathnote, which is a manga.

www.youtube.com/artosistv he puts up weekly videos of gaming houses and tournaments, pretty interesting, the top tier players in sc2 make way more than our mlg pros.

Well, you are in a house with 12-15 of the best Players in the world, getting paid housing. A salary and all living expenses paid for. They are however contracted to between 8-12 hours playtime a day just to be competitive.

And 240k is a small amount of cash for a Pro Starcraft team in Korea. Lim Yo-Hwan(Otherwise known as SlayerS_BoxeR) earns in excess of $400k a year just himself, and because he is the owner of a clan called SlayerS sponsors are clambering to get him on their company.

Yeah, but you have no idea how hard it is to be good at this game... Plus, you would probably have to move to Korea and win or place high in a couple of tournaments to make a decent living.

I hope MLG gets as big here as gaming over there is. Those guys are treated as celebrities.

So bowl-cuts and thick rim glasses must be the thing now in Korea, huh?

They are definitely showing a large amount of dedication to their game, players like them are probably the reason Starcraft is so big over there.
