Well guys I figured I'd make this thread since its better to get more than one opinion on a players game and now there are more people willing to share it. So basically anyone and everyone who wants a game of theirs reviewed can post a link to it here. It can be a in any form, either directly from your fileshare or rendered so long as we can see it. So lets get going posting games. :)
Off-topic: if this is in the wrong board please change it, but i figured since this can carry over into reach I would just put it in general discussion.

Great idea Magik. I'll try and find some games to post on my fileshare. I know that I have plenty saved so hopefully they can be reviewed. A suggestion for this thread: If someone wishes to have their film critiqued, PM them your summary / opinion of their film. That way it makes this easier to find films of those that wish to be reviewed in this thread. :)
And I'll check but I think this may be fine in this section. If not I'll move it for you. :)

Yeah um aran moved it for me he said that when reach comes out he will move it to that thread as well so i thought it was fine :).
And i'll make a deal with anyone. If i find less than 3 problems with a film i review i will render that film for them :)

Generally I play pretty sloppy, I could use a review/evaluation. Thanks guys!

First thing, your BR was off that game. If that's how your BR usually is, you need to work on your shot.
Secondly, awareness. This is at the top of the list when it comes to important things you need to be amazing at this game. There were a few times I saw you so focused on a guy that was hiding from you that you totally were oblivious to the fact that there are other enemies in your vision. Let's take the example of when you were sitting P3 and trying to kill the guy Gold 2 (that was hiding behind a wall). You knew perfectly well that there were 2-3 other guys roaming Red 2, and had you been facing a good team, you would have been lit up before you could say Bologna.
Third thing, you like to hug the Red and Blue base. If this is what you like to do, you need to put yourself in positions of power. Go up to the towers on the two bases this way you can get a good vantage point of many angles on the map. You seem to roam around Blue/Red 2 and Blue/Red 1 too much.

@Vontoxic
First and most importantly, as Impended said. You Br is not your strong point, If you add my Gamertag(Araneatrox) i have some great custom games you can use to work on your Br.
I also saw that you were challenging far too much while you were weak, if your 1 shot and challenging enemies you are just giving away kills. You dont always have to be full shield to challenge someone if you get the first shot or 2. But i would never challenge someone while i had less then 1/4 shields. But also, if you see someone and you are one shot throw a nade at their feet. One of the best ways to get them weak without them knowing where you are before. Remember Grenades are your friends, unless they hit something and decide to just stick there.
I would also say you spent far too much time chasing people and BRing them in the back. Either call them out for your team, but if that is not an option. Nade the area you think they are heading towards and BR then when you see them pop out.
Hope it helps
Nice I love this idea I myself will also watch and evaluate these clips !!

@ Von Toxic
Since you have already been critiqued twice mine will be short.
At the start of the game it would be best for you to either rush a side like gold or p3 or go top middle.
Also that nade you threw at the beginning was no good. When you throw a grenade don't take it for granted they are more useful than a Br in many ways. Save your grenade for whatever side you rush and try to throw it in the most likely place a rusher will be.
However I did like that from the start you were helping your teammates and reacting to call outs, cleaning up the guy blue court. At about two minutes into the game you find yourself at Blue base and you see a guy there. Before you shoot another guy spawns but you still engage. The best thing to do even if you did put a shot in him was to leave to either G1 or G2 and get your teammates help.
Other than that just work on your routes/map placement. If you play octagon or something along those lines your BR will get tons better :)
I really hope this was helpful and thanks for posting your video.

Wow thanks for helping out Mr.P :)

Thanks a lot for looking at my gameplay and evaluating me. My behavior in game is probably do to the past 3 years of building up bad habits. I didn't go into Halo 3 initially with the mindset that I want to have now. Each of you brought different advice and points, I appreciate that and will try my best to implement them. I will probably upload one more POV of myself in objective before Halo Reach comes out.

So I am posting this game because this is how I play first game of the day no warm-up. Keep in mind this game is horrible and one of my teammates was very unresponsive to call outs lol. My stats were 22 Kills, 24 Assists, 20 Deaths, and 72 Seconds of ball time.
I hope you enjoy and there is some mild lag mid game and some guy near the beginning gets a huge beatdown on me lol. Enjoy and bring on the criticism lol :)

I will have a youtube video of this up later for now just click the link it is rendered.
So because of the lag or some weirdness the game switches POV's at some point and you are no longer watching me. However it does switch back to me after awhile. My Service tag is B01. Sorry for this I will find a new video to post later.
i really want to have a gameplay evaluated but i cant render so if anyone can render or just evaluate my film on XBL would be nice

@magik:
1. At the beginning when you had camo, you should have not shot at that guy, especially when you're top mid like that. That was a wasted camo.
2. Too many times I saw you run blindly across top-mid. The funny thing is, the other team was doing it too. You want to check the sides of the map while crossing top-mid. And really, you should only cross top-mid when your teammates are either pushing with you, or have a few players on the other team distracted with a flank.
-The most important example is when you're snipe tower and the other team has the ball set-up in blue. If the other team has a player down or even two players down, you should know that they most likely will spawn at bottom green. When you go to rush blue window from Snipe Tower (or wherever you run to), you should always look over to top green and camo lift.
3. @5:05 I saw a number of poor decisions. You decided to keep shooting the guy that didn't have the ball and was causing no threat to any of your teammates while he was running away. Once you saw that he was going to get away, you should have automatically switched your attention to the ball-carrier that was top mid right in front of you. And jumping off of top green to top mid definitely wasn't necessary. In this situation, you should have started shooting the ball-carrier while staying top green with a mix of grenades to blue window.
-You then chased the guy you were shooting top mid to S1 and it resulted in him maulering (not a word) you in the back. You had two teammates over there, you could have let them clean him up.
4. Awareness.
5. When you're holding ball in blue, you'll be most effective when you sit in the window above garden looking at bottom mid and top mid.
6. @9:17 you got too aggressive with camo again.
7. Staying alive. Idk what happened, but all of a sudden starting around the 10:30 mark you became way too reckless and antsy. Those wasted deaths just put your team at a disadvantage and makes it even harder for your teammates to push.
-@10:38 you should have not jumped off of blue window to try to grenade and shoot the ball guy when you knew there was a sniper sitting right there waiting for you to do exactly that.
-@10:59 Never use gold lift when you're absolute. Especially when the other team is top-mid and snipe tower.
-When you charged top mid from blue window.
8. @11:38 THAT was a perfect example of a great team push. One of your teammates had lifted to keep the sniper on Snipe tower distracted while your other teammate was top-mid putting shots on people. This allowed you to jump out from top gold and kill the guy top green and then get the ball-carrier bottom green (He didn't play the ball... very unwise move on his part)
9. @13:08 I know you wanted to kill the guys top green. However, you should have not jumped top mid like that. You were perfectly aware that there was a guy S2, and he ended up being the one that lit you up.
And btw, at the end of the film, it goes to someone else's PoV, lol.

Alright thanks for this review I know a lot of things i did wrong and you pointed out most of them lol but actually there were a lot of times mid game when that wasn't me. At 5:05 i think that was the right decision b/c cleaning up a guy that isn't holding ball is the better deal b/c he can recover and end up killing you. Yeah it sucks i didn't finish him but i let ball go b/c at the time it wasn't the most important thing. As for the camo yes i didn't play camo well at all lol i undoubtedly admit that. Those times when weird stuff starting happening was most likely another teammate that had switched views b/c when i re-watched the film I was like who in the world is this. I did'nt remember doing half those things. Also just remember w/o voice you can't tell what some decisions were based off of thats why i try to keep that in mind when im watching others people pov but for the most part good points made but some of the things I did were based on my team calling things out and telling about things i couldn't see and unfortunately i trusted them.

Right some things i will point out, From the looks of it you arn't leading your shots enough(Not that it matters in reach)
2nd thing i will point out. when you had burnt the OS you had 2.8 seconds of Invincibility. Instead of using this time to kill your target you needlessly pushed back and then stepped on nades.
Your BR isnt that bad, but may i suggest you try a lower sensitivity, as throwing nades back at yourself isnt the best of ideas in the world.
and the one last thing that i would say, is you are far too aggressive when there is no need to be. you can stop enemies getting to the hill by using well placed nades in the purples rather then rushing into R1/2 - And at 4:08 when you spawn in sword, you charge straight for the hill and get double teamed. Sword is an excellent place to spawn when the enemy has bottom hill. If you would have spawned your just about to res team mates there you could have taken that bottom hill quite easily
