View Full Version : Current Tsunami Warning In California

Possible Tsunami hitting us here in California in the next several hours. Due to the earthquake in Japan, a majority of the state shouldn't be effected to heavily, but most of the coastal cities in the central parts and further north can expect high water levels. From the first reports it seems SoCal isn't to bad off, then again I never like their initial reports cause they are usually wrong. :/

Crazy stuff, although I'm too far inland for it to affect me. The video footage from Japan is nuts.

We have warnings in parts of Washington as well luckily nothing near me at all but what a sad day for Japan =(

There's been no emergency reports so far in either Cali or Hawaii, pretty much everyone that needed to evacuate listened.

Yea Blue I know, I live in the same city as you. lol we are alright, I highly doubt it will reach us, I am more worried for the people who live in northern cali, I have a step sister up there, and alot of my friends going to school and living up there. :/

Some boats on the coast sank, few harbors flooded no injuries or deaths, nothing really in retrospect.
