View Full Version : Bank says i payed for my membership

Well, I check my bank statement online and it says I made a payment to TLN. When I log onto my account here, it says I have a free account. Can I get the proper membership I payed for please? :)

Have you messaged any of the administrators about this issue? You can find a list of them here (http://thelannetwork.com/forum/showgroups.php), unless I'm mistaken then Towey and Peridious are the ones who you should contact first regarding membership issues, though I could well be wrong on that. It's generally best to try and resolve issues like this through PM with those who are in a direct position to fix it before posting on the forums etc.
