View Full Version : Not sure about my XBL life

Well guys, my XBL life may be taking a break soon. I will most likely be spending the next weekend packing all of my things into boxes, and getting ready to have my stuff shipped back to the mainland. Hawaii and the Marine Corps have been my life for the past 5 years, but now it's time to look to the future.

Anyways, I will be headed to Yuma, AZ on Sept. 14th, and will be there till the beginning of Nov. I will be in a temporary residence, and will most likely not have an internet connection. I will be doing all of my computing and gaming from an on base rec center, which will not be very much. My Reach playtime will probably be limited, and rare, as I plan on spending most of my time running, going to the gym, and playing basketball or whatever. Then, I come back out to Hawaii for 3 to 4 days, and then head home to St. Louis on Nov. 10th. After I get home, get an apartment, a car, my class schedule, and some other things worked out, (probably propose to the girl of my dreams soon, wish me luck) I will start gaming again regularly. Though, I doubt I will play as much as I have been since 2008.

I just wanted to let you guys know what's happening. Hit me up this week as it's the last time in the foreseeable future that I will have a normal schedule, and don't forget about me. Even though I'm consistently terrible in our customs, at least I'm consistent. ;) I will continue to be active on the forums here, and plan on posting, or at least checking them daily. I will retain my mod status as long as they will let me, so if you have any comments, concerns, moans, or complaints let me know. I will also continue writing (and hopefully get a published article soon) for TLN. Thanks for the good times so far, and let's keep up the awesome work we've been doing here!

Respectfully,
Eli "Forefront" Hawkins

Best of luck to you man. The customs we've been able to run the last few weeks have been extremely fun. Let's be sure to get a few more in at the end of this week if we can. :)

You have a lot on your plate. Good luck with it all. I feel bad you'll have to miss out on a lot of Reach when it first comes out.
