Cancellation

Today got my subscription to this site cancelled because I requested it, but typically when you end a subscription you keep the service that you paid for for the remainder of the month. Only reason I cancelled was because I did not want a recurring charge to my credit card, and I would like to get this cleared up so I can start watching the stream again.

I dont think you get what he is saying midknight, hopefully someone can fix it because Ive dont the same thing on other sites, pay for it then cancel so that I get 30 days and wont get charged for the next month, thats how it should work

Typically when you cancel a subscription, you get the remainder of what you paid for. Lets say I bought a subscription to a random magazine every month, but I decided to cancel it at the beginning of a month but still paid for that month, I would still get the magazine regardless of the fact that I cancelled.

You may cancel your monthly subscription prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges by notifying TheLanNetwork in writing or via the Site. If you terminate your membership within forty eight (48) hours or two (2) days after the beginning of a billing cycle, you will be entitled to a full refund, but your access to the Site will be terminated immediately. If you have had a subscription for more than forty eight (48) hours or two (2) days and you choose to cancel, you will not be entitled to any refund, but access to the Site will continue until the next billing date. We do not provide partial-month (prorated) refunds.

Thanks a lot, I just assumed it would work like it does pretty much everywhere else. You usually have to beg for a refund, and I didn't really want one.
