ok peeps so maybe i'm just overreacting, but the rocket spawn and the bomb spawn on Sanctuary Assault V3 kinda irritates me just because,
1. They're side by side.
2. (this isn't very critical) one side of the map (blue spawn) has a better chance of getting rockets when going snipe bridge.
how do you guys feel about it?

It is right in the center of the map tho and there is only one rocket, opposed to 2 snipers, which is why there is a sniper at each base. It's hard to find anywhere else to spawn the Rockets in my opinion.
i think that it just doesnt matter...

I would put them floating above the bomb without a platform. Then people would have to get to ring 2 and jump through the air to grab them.

See a friend and I were thinking the exact same thing, except the bomb would be floating. I guess great minds think alike!

I have yet to really play v3 yet, but I was wondering how that would play out in the long run. I like the idea of Rockets spawning in the air and only way to get em is by Ring 2 or 3 or by Jet Pack. Instead of who lands the better nades off the start or who can eat more of the nade explosion.

I do agree with the floating Rocket or Ball spawn. That is a very good idea
Take out the whole gametype!

The side by side thing isn't too bad. But if they are going to keep Sanct Bomb they do need rockets. It really helps move the game along.

they just need to put rockets were bomb is at and bomb were rockets are at problem solved.
Can not have them floating in air without some form of plat or timers would be off, also putting rockets on fix has a glitch and sometimes spawns, but wont allow the pickup until drop time.

This is what I was thinking and why it never occured to me to put the spawn in the air.

I thought the same thing about the floating rockets but like Salot said....it probably wouldn't work.

Ya, I dont really like bomb to much. And i think they have to much sanctuary. They need to use an asymmetrical map and put an oddball gametype in or a king of the hill.

Whoever Has the better Push gets the rockets they are right in the middle so there is no advantage

One sides jump up would be closer to the rockets so they could get them half a second faster.

very true this is one of the hardest most strategic game types on the circuit

rocket spawn is not a problem. the blue doesn't neccessary win everygame just because they have the advantage of getting rockets at the beginning. show me a blue team that wins sanc bomb on v3 setting in the first 3-4 minutes just because they had rockets at the beginning and then i will say they should be moved

this. its hard to say it gives that much of an advantage. honestly think that its a fun game type that works just fine.
