Dallas who's watching online?

I live in the UK so spectating an event in person isn't a viable way to spend my money.

I will however be watching Dallas Online, I just purchased my HQ Broadcast pass.

What I wanted to ask is do people tend to congregate here on the TLN Chat or...? Well if you want to exploit MyMLG's chat feature my MyMLG: DrChaosTheory.

I can't think of my Skype at the moment, but would be cool to get a load of us in Skype/TeamSpeak/Vent.

If you up for it let me know, also if you have a Vent Server everyone could be on that would be cool.

Look forward to all the action that Dallas will bring.

Problem with Skype is its really draining on your bandwidth, so please if anyone has a room on TeamSpeak or Vent Server I think it would make the spectator experience even better.

Watching it while at a LAN as well. Should be fun although we could always use the IRC chat for TLN that no one ever uses lol. I'd prefer a chat box over a voice server as it would get really laggy with lots of people and you wouldn't really be able to talk anyway.

Its terrible, I forgot I made this thread. If anyone has any open invitations it would be great to talk to some of you, other that my activity on forums and TLN Chat I have never really spoke to anyone from TLN.

I know Ventrillo allows you to host your own server, I have a decent connection so this could be an option...nearer the time if I have arranged this I'll start a thread.

Also, I'm probably missing something really obvious, but what/where is the TLN chat? Is it an IRC or something?

EDIT: Cheeky, I tried TinyChat back in '09, seemed a bit slow but that could have just been me. I'll be in that room as well during the event, the functionality of TC is pretty shcweet.

EDIT 2: Actually, I thought it was TC but it seems it was something different. What's that site where you put another URL after the site's URL and it embeds a chat at the bottom of the second URL you put?

Ok well I have kindly asked Antidote if he can ask his friends about borrowing the Ventrillo server's, if you haven't already set yourself an account up, do so now.

If we do get a vent server I will notify everyone on here and in a pm.

Hopefully we can sort out the kinks before the event, that way everyone can feel free to come and go as they please.

I have a Vent server that TLN members are more than welcome to use. I mainly use it for Sc2 but anyone is welcome.

Yeah last season I used to have Halo on one monitor and SC2 on another. It killed my bandwidth too. I'm really glad they implemented this into the season because I'm really interested in following all 3 of the tournaments.

Get on at 2:45 cst to watch the stream until I get ready for work at 5... catch 3 minutes of a BtH/Cyber Bullies and match and figure out the next match doesn't start til 5. :(
