Yesterday, we announced the full list of competitors for the MLG Dallas StarCraft 2 Event. This was the complete roster of players who had purchased passes and confirmed they would be attending. However, we have a last-minute addendum to this list; LiquidHuK will, in fact, be attending Dallas. Unfortunately, since he did not confirm his attendance before the deadline, he will be playing as the #1 seed in the Open Bracket.


Anyone else excited about this? This tournament is going to be sick SC2 and Halo Reach. Wish I was going.....

Oh yeah man that would be epic. I hope HuK delivers this tournament. He has some of the sickest force fields out there :D

What do you mean Both coming back? IdrA quit the GSL 2 months ago. He is back in America at the EG house with all his EG team mates and a 45 year old porn enthusiast.

But, in even bigger news, GOM and MLG have become partners, so events will never take place at the same time as each other. So Korean players are free to play in the MLG events as they wish!

im still a Huge HuK fan (hes still my fav player) i think tho this will blow peoples minds cuz we think Halo has progressed but SC2 players dont really have an off season so they have been Playing and adapting and getting better for months we just have not seen it (unless you watch GSL) so now is MLGs chance to see the Progress these players have made so i feel strongly about HuK winning but i feel like its gonna be a whole new ballgame!

Oh wow thats big news. Could you imaging seeing Boxer and his team stroll up at an MLG tourney.

Granted SlayerS are the team to beat atm, but if oGs were to turn up.... Some faces may start to explode with joy.

During todays broadcast of the World vs Korea showmatch Tastosis said something along the lines of, and don't quote me because its not exactly the same.

"We here at GOM are pleased to let you know that MLG Dallas will be happening this weekend, casted by my Brother, DJ wheat and JP Mcdaniel."

"That is right Tasteless, Jp is actually my long lost twin brother who i only met via starcraft"

Wow thats REALLY awesome!!! Hopefully MLG will pull in a decent amount of foreigners in future events :) :)

This explains why i seen the MLG advertising on the gomtv stream today at the end, is a very good this happening that way i dont have to ever choose between what to watch :P

Dude huk fighting through the open bracket and then romping championship bracket! Man i hope he brings his A game, doens't sleep on the other opens, and just destroys.

I so will be having halo on one half of my screen and sc2 on the other half. Dual game watching FTW!
