I need help with capture card

ok so i have a dazzle 100
the problems im having are
1. on justintv my screen looks zoomed in

2. i try using adobe flash media and i just closes everytime my dazzle is in!
3. if i make a small clip in windows live movie maker you can here sound but justintv no sound
PLEASE I NEED HELP!

Is your xbox set to widescreen?
If it is try changing it to normal and see if that helps.
Im not really sure, I used to have one of these cap cards and it worked :/
