Who is your vote for the MLG Dallas 2011 H:R MVP?

Post a write-in if you think one was left out.

Amish Acorns should definitely be up there as the best statistically ranked player on Impact. On that note, i think stronside or enable... leaning towards Strongside, he played RIDICULOUS

Definitely Enable.

Mason Cobb. Stopped being a main slayer, and became an overall player. Stepped up his objective and got 2nd place. Love you Mason Cobb! Impact is taking columbus

I'm writing-in Ace. His exterm was sick...but Enable definitely deserves MVP too. So either of those two earned MVP it'd be well-deserved.

Neighbor lead his team of newly emerging rookie talent to a 2nd place finish on mainstage against many teams of seasoned veterans, I think that man deserves an MVP!! Thats not too say that many others did not rape, Strongside, Lethul, enable, and many others played on a completely higher level, than most of us can begin to dream of playing at, Dallas was sick!! I cant wait for Columbus, I think we'll see even more jaw dropping shit go on there!

Neighbor wasn't even the best or arguably second best on on his team. It was definitely impressive to see him adapt his play style, which allowed Impact to do as well as they did. That said however, I'd have to go with the best player on the best team, Enable.

I am reading all the posts after I make my vote. With no offense to any of the players listed, and some may see this as a biased vote, but Roy deserves MVP. If it wasn't for him Instinct doesn't finish Top 16, let alone 6th. He carried them in every game! I think LBX will hopefully perform at events the way he does at LANs by Columbus, but from Dallas Roy was this whole team.

LETS THINK FOR A MINUTE, WHAT MANY PEOPLE DO FORGET WHEN TALKING OR VOTING AN MVP.....
MVP is the Most Valuable Player to his or her team. I know as a hockey fan, I am forced to see every year the MVP chosen by the writers and even the players go to the guy with the most points. Well that doesn't really define an MVP. An MVP is the player who helps his team the most throughout a tournament or season. SQ, Impact, BtH they all had great individual weekends, but essentially it was the entire team that helped them get as far as they did and SQ winning. If SQ wasn't together for as long as they have been I don't think they win in Dallas. Their teamwork definitely succeeded past all individual talent. When you look at Instinct, who had a disappointing tournament finishing in 6th, the ONLY player who did well every game and series was Roy. Going positive in almost, if not all of their games. The only one to step up when they needed a boost. He flat out dominated by himself and got 6th for Instinct and help save face. Sorry if I am ranting on, but for me an MVP should be to the most deserving player. And IMO Roy is that player from this past weekend. Thanks for listening to me vent.

@Danimal
hahaha yea. I just like to see the right person awarded with it. Like I said in hockey every year it goes to the guy with the most point, when realistically it should got to a goalie every year lol. They always play far and beyond everyone else and are a lot of times a main reaosn why a team does so well or win the Stanley Cup. Same with Halo. Everyone saw Instinct tank it this weekend. And they are the most practiced team on LAN coming in. They should have done much better than 6th, but again Roy was the only reason why they finished so high. The SQ teamwork was insane this weekend, as was Impact and BtH.

Wow. APG has no votes yet. I understand we realy didn't see much of him, but he was a big force this past weekend. Dropping huge positives and helping his team push up. APG stepped up to the plate. But I still choose enable! :P

I know warriors only placed 4th, but i have to go with strongside. Ive never seen domination like that before in reach. I just sat there with my jaw on the floor everytime they showed him. Absolutely ridiculous.

Snakebite, but if you're talking only the top 2 then it would without a doubt have to go to Ace.

If Mason ever deserved an MVP, this is it.

For a Main Slayer/Sniper it is always easy to get on teams, stepping down from that position to benefit his team really shows growth and maturity.

Without Mason who would do the nitty gritty? I think if he continues to work this way for his team I can see them consistently place in the Top 4.

Before in the 7 Team LAN, Mason didn't really take on that role and they did do all that well, his selflessness secured his team 2nd and so is surely the Most Valued Player.

My second choice would be Strongside, as he played much the way Mason did.

Lethul should win it, cause when time came to do work, he made sure it happened.

I believe Neighbor actually deserves it. He really changed his team role in Reach from what it was in H3. It truly did show how much he has matured and is a great leader for the new players.

No votes for APG? He played amazingly at Dallas, played Halo 2 maps like a pro. I think he deserves MVP. Other than that Dallas was really a dull tournament no real big plays or anything memorable.

the only reason i really choose enable over neighbor is because when they needed his exp. (down 3-2 in the championship) he couldnt get his team moving in the right way. he played amazing but so did enable so its hard to choose. Enable did get the win thats y i choose him.

i give it to enable. he got the W and just went off in so many different games. the kids nasty haha.

second and third id give to i think lethul and strongside. they both helped their teams make real deep runs i think.

It's going to be whoever went the most positive on SQ, who I'm sure is Enable. MLG cares about stats.

In my mind though, it's Neighbor.

There are so many players that impressed me in this event, but only the best from the top 4 can really win MVP. I voted Neighbor because he really stepped his teamplay up and really allowed for his teammates to play with trust.

I consider MVP to be a member of the team that actually won the event, so with that said, I had to go with Assault. Kid played amazing.
