RULES and NOTES

PLEASE READ: I expect everyone here to play through out this tournament, unless something comes up. And realize i'm not trying to sound mean, but it is just because if you go half way through the pool play "this sucks" and quit the tournament, your making it really hard on other people, who want to be here and play. This tournament, is not for cash, but it allows the members here to get to know some people on here that they have never played with, or really talked too, so don't be a dick and quit.

If a team does not show please start up 1 game custom game, for this will document the time at which the match was supposed to happen. And then we, me and both captains, will figure out why this happened.

I want this event to run quickly and smoothly I will NOT tolerate a no show to a match.

Teams are allowed to have 1 player switch out, only if they are not capable of getting on or not playing, or some other BS. This First though has to go through me and be approved, if teams are not using the correct players this can result in either a forfeit of the match, or series.

Seeing as how people have stuff going on Friday I can only recommend this course of action, which is get your pool plays done as soon as possible. this is what i'm doing now, due to problems with pool play. I'm resetting pool, and possibly have to re randomize teams, and give a time starting time period for all matches over a 7 day period. That gives each round a 24hr period to play. I need every one to confirm this. And for you guys to tell me EXACTLY who was not showing, and why.

Yes, adding match times would me for effective in getting people online at the same time.
If there are any issues, then you can postpone the match to another time, notifying the teams.
If the one of the teams don't have all of their players by the second match, then they are automatically forfeited for that round.
Sounds fair? I think so :)

EDIT: Stricter rules are necessary in a tournament in order to HAVE order!

That person would be allowed to play for a team if one person could not make the game time. There's no reason to not play a series if three people can and one person can't. this pick up is not happenning, there are other people who wanted to play this that were not in the draft, if dust wants to play he must message me, but will not be on hea7s team, the point of a random 4s tournament is that you don't know your players.

So now that all the teams are set I'm going to say that WBR1 will be held first Thursday of may, and will each round will be each preceeding week, the losers bracket will on ocasion play 2 rounds a night, to keep up with the winners bracket. Everyone have fun and enjoy it, get to know the communtiy members a little more, for that is the point of this.

If it was randomly assigned, then no, i wouldnt care. But my number 1 draft pick randomly decided to stop, and he wouldve gave me a horrible kid in return. For god's sake, he messaged me on live saying "Hea7's team to get LBR1" There was nothing fair about it, and i want nothing to do with it.

Did you read the bold? I never okay'd any of your team swap outs, because I was at work and was not capable of being online 24/7 to make sure problems don't happen. I was happy to see that there were teams anxious to get this all done, but there was a problem with setting up times for games, which then caused everyone to quit, because their lazy and don't want to have to wait.

I'm ending this tournament due to the fact that people are not participating. But don't forget about the Summer League, I'll be updating that thread soon. Hopefully since school is coming to end soon more people will join, and I might even be persuaded to do another tournament.
