You are aware this is how products USED to be made, with the mass production of completely Synthetic materials this is no longer in date.
Many of these uses stopped with the invention of Industry.

Like Araneatrox said, a lot of this has changed with new manufacturing capabilities. However, this is still pretty funny.

I really doubt all of those have been replaced by synthetic products, that would be insanely hard to avoid using any of them

Internal organs: Instrument strings.
I would like an explanation please. I have yet to see part of a cow as part of an instrument.

Anyway, I can agree with what Aran said. Their guts are hardly ever used as tennis string anymore. Maybe some old players who are used to gut, but not any new players. I string tennis rackets, and stringing with gut is soooo annoying. It gets tangles so easily and oh god I hate it so much. They now have synthetic gut which basically took natural gut out of the picture, but even that is basically gone now. People use polyester strings mostly these days. This example should give you a good idea of how realistic this picture is.
@Morgan, you can't even tell it is a part of a cow, it just looks like string. Here are tennis strings made from gut.
