What did you play? Most exciting thing? Favorite maps so far?

I played customs and did some arena. Had some good moments(Exterm and overkill in FFA)

Reach is directly and completely HORRIBLE, the DMR is literally the worst gun I've ever played with in my entire life, the hit registration for the fucking thing is completely random, I bring a guy to no shields with a nade and proceed to 6 shot him in his face and he doesn't die, I even wait for bloom to go away and he doesn't die, this game, unless SERIOUSLY fucking fixed, will NEVER be picked up by MLG, seriously Bungie, worst fucking halo game I've played so far.

OT: I played through campaign, just on heroic though, was alot more challenging than i thought it would be. I also played some matchmaking TS really enjoyable.. much more so than H3 imo.

Well, waited in line from 12:30ish to maybe 12:45 to get the game with KFred from the site...that was a good time :rolleyes: Then went over to RIF's from the sites house and played till about 4 am. We played 4v4 Team objective quite a bit and a lot of slayer games (mainly slayer pro types) where we just roffle stomped kids. MOST people we played quit games early. Me and RIF only dropped 1 game the whole night and it was on SWAT powerhouse as our 2 teammates at the time (random kids) went (-10) KD each so that was frustrating. After raping in MM though I got my butt handed to me by Pupp3t on this site in a 1v1 on sanctuary (I still think he was screen looking :confused: ).

When everything was done and said though I had a great time playing Reach for the first time. I loved DMR and Sniper's hit box on the head as it was huge! Just need to work on my DMR and things will be gravy.

I actually enjoyed it more than I thought. The DMR was better than I thought it was going to be, there were times where the kid would just NOT die at all however that was more less frequent. I played 2 levels of campaign on Normal and it was pretty fun. Then I went to matchmaking alone and it only took 2 games to get my first running riot in Halo Reach. It seems like they're going to be A LOT more bad kids in this game; obviously. I even raped in my first FFA with decent kids :) - +12.

The only negative I have with this game is the maps. I completely hate them, except for the H2 remake (never played H2) and the Heretic/Cortana wannabe and they're not even that great. Every map is like an ODST firefight. I know they gave us Forge World for this reason - I just would like a change of scenery.

I love this game. Played with friends till about 4 AM and planning on playing all day after classes :)

That's funny... since myself and everyone else (at least in the MLG forums) didn't have one problem with the DMR. 5-shots were amazing (especially across the map). Halo 3 cowards in this game's greatness, and Reach looks to be on par with Halo 2. I played lots of matchmaking last night, and I loved it. I can't wait to play more. Good job, Bungie.

I stood in line till about 12:30ish, got home around 12:45ish, and gamed till about 2am. I LOVE THIS GAME. Played a couple 1v1's with my teammate, and I'm STOKED about Ascension. I can't wait for a tower of power remake. (Any H2ers remember that gametype?!) All in all I give MM a 10/10 - haven't played any of the campaign yet. I'm gaming hard all night tonight too -- add me. Heroic Solo Campaign and all the challenges so far. :p For playlists I've only played Invasion and Firefight. I actually really like the Firefight playlist lol

We arrived at Gamestop around... 11:00 and the line was rideculous. I cut in line to the front so I could get my group number and I was in the third group. I got out of there around.... 12:20ish. I had my friend with me and he decided to buy it. So after I had my copy, he went back in line with the other walk-ins and we waited for about an hour and a half. We FINALLY get to the front and its his turn to buy the game. He got carded and is only 16. F M L. I wanted to punch him in the face I was madddd. So, he had to ask some random old guy and pay him 10 bucks to go inside to buy the game. So, HE had to go get in line and we left around.. 2:30 and I only got an hour of gametime.. I skipped school though (:

Now on with my playing experience..

Loved it (: I love the DMR and i can sometimes 5 shot (that sounds weird compared to 4 shot..) Since I play on an incrediably tiny TV, I sometimes lose the cursor for the DMR and can mess me up. The sniper is wayyyy better though. It just looks wayyyy better. I couldn't get it to much, but when I did, oh boy. Lets just say +20 on Team Snipers (:

Overall, the multiplayer is solid for me. It will take me a little getting used to with the armor abilities, and to the Bloom Effect. Can't wait to start the Campaign.
