Looking for people to run MM with.

Ok so, I have been into competitive Halo and following MLG since the beginning of Halo 3. In Halo 3, if you had a 50 in MLG playlist, searched alone, 9/10 times for me there would be a full team with mics who communicated. In Reach, searching alone can be frustrating due to getting matched up with people with no mics, or kids that occasionally play this game.

I have 25 people on my friends list, so I have a hard time getting three other people together to play MM. I'm just looking for people who communicate, react to callouts, don't complain and don't get mad.
