Recruiting people for a team.

Well. People keep on askin me to join teams and when i run games with em there is never any teamwork or anything.. we can never connect.. i am constantly putting myself out of poisition to try and help them but it never works out and when i need help there on like the other side of the map. So i am deciding on making my own team.

Looking for people that
- Have fun , but play serious when they have to.
- Callout
- Position themselves to help teammates.
- Can get on alot.
Thing is that because im 15 and have no job i cant go to events this year. i might be able to go to MLG Orlando. seeing that i live in orlando. so we could try looking for a sponsor. anyway. if you wanna tryout then msg me on XBL saying tryout . ill run some games with you and see if we connect . if i dont think we should team then dont take it seriously.

Adren, right now I am looking for someone to run games with and just play with in general. I am a free agent not on a team but not interested in finding a team immediately. Rather have someone I enjoy playing with / have good chemistry. Don't get me wrong, I am 100% gaming competitively and have full intentions of going to events but for the time being, laying low.
