Hey everyone,
I will be hosting a LAN at my place on Friday, May 6th. It will begin around 4-5PM and last until sometime Saturday afternoon. If you live near the area of Central PA (Harrisburg), you are welcome to join. I am setting the player cap at 8 people. I have room for more than that but in the past it hasn't turned out so well because I can't get everyone on the same page. Currently, I have 3 people confirmed: Myself, Obiiiiii, and Slyfish. If anyone is interested, please PM me promptly. This is a first come first served basis so please don't take it personally if I can't accommodate you.
Everyone will need to bring:
-TV/Monitor
-Xbox
-Halo: Reach
-Controller
-Headset
-$20-40 for food and festivities
If you can't bring your own equipment, I won't be able to help you out. I have plenty of network cables and a 24-port Cisco switch but no additional boxes or monitors. Also, regarding the money - I will be providing drinks for everyone but not the food. If you want to eat, bring some money for pizza. That means cash - it's a pain to split up a pizza bill for 8 different debit cards. If needed, there is an ATM about 2 minutes from my house. The rest of the money everyone brings will be prize money. We will be playing for some amount of cash to the winning team depending on how much everyone has.
I believe Slyfish made a thread on MLG in the PA players section but I would rather have people post here because I have notifications set up. I will be posting here frequently with updates on how many people I have (if people want to come, lol).
