I imagine his address probably isn't something he wants out to the general public. Especially as it's not his own house. If you have messaged him online and still heard nothing I assume you haven't asked the question in the right way. EX: "HEY MAN WHATS YOUR ADDRESS", or if you have phrased it in a more polite and mature term. He either isn't responding out of 1) He is busy 2) He simply wishes to politely refuse to give you the info needed and hasn't answered in hopes of not elicting an angry response from one of his many fans wishing to play games with him.
