Just wanted to ask the community about where they have met other gamers. I think stories will be interesting.

I met Benjak at McDonalds in VT on my way to pick up two of my teammates and bring them back to NY. Yesterday I met UnOverRated at Moe's in Clifton Park NY, he was working there and saw my MLG hat and then introduced himself, I just found out he created Nexus.

Anyways anyone have any good stories or have had any random unplanned meetings with other gamers, outside of MLG Events of course.

OMG I REMEMBER THAT!!!

Yeah I remember you wearing your MLG hat and I think I was wearing my instinct shirt. What a small world. Finding another TLN member in the middle of Vermont. I totally forgot about that until I saw this thread.

But back to the question, I only have met you as a real gamer outside of MLG and when I was at The LAN Network.

I met Khaotik SNIPE in the middle of the woods next to a pig! It was an awesome experience he showed me his LAN room!

Walking around college with my MLG backpack on and met combine winner Dubay. We became pretty awesome friends thoughout our stint at that college.

At 39 it is hard to meet anybody that plays video games at all :( I have never met a decent halo player in the wild.

i've never met any MLG fans at school or anything. i'm sure there are some, but the only people i know who even know about MLG are my friends who i play with. I'm hoping to meet people at Orlando in october though!! assuming everything works out and i end up going that is...

Ive never met anyone from online IRL, anybody that knows about MLG or TLN in my town had it shown to them by me.

I met some TLN kids at Tournament recently in SA,TX. It was my first time at a LAN for Reach so it was awesome.

- I've meet Forefront, Krillin, Taco, and Just said hi to Shelly at MLG Dallas.
- Have been to a Hytrin Lan he had last year before MLG Dallas 2010
- Met My Random 4th I played with at Dallas 2011, in school. He had a UGH backpack.
- Most of the people on my friends list know about MLG and I know in real life.
- When I bought some shoes at Finish Line, dude saw my MLG hat and said he was going to the event and we should scrim.
